Login Tips

• Type the correct Psno and Password while logging in.

• Please note that Password is case sensitive i.e. Use capital or small letters exactly as per your password.

• Also your PC  browser needs to be set as per the the detailed document available below

Browser Settings

The following setting is required on the client IE browser:-

1. Pop-up Blocker Settings

• To disable Pop-up Blocker
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
  
  
  
  
  
• To have Pop Blocker enabled & allow pop-ups for only particular Websites
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings....
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  1. From the Internet Explorer tool-bar, Select Tools menu, from the drop down menu, Select Internet Options then Select the Privacy tab (at the bottom of the Pirvacy window should be a Pop-up Blocker section), Select the Settings button.
  2. Add this address to the "Address of Website to allow." 203.199.60.89
  3. Select the Add button, then Select the Close button, then Select the OK button.

2.     Click on the “Tools” menu option. Go to “Internet Options…” under that. Go to “Security” tab. Select “Internet” and then click on “Custom level” button. Ensure that all the security settings should set as ‘enable’. If Microsoft VM is installed, ensure that you enable the ‘custom’ radio button. Repeat the same settings for the “Trusted Sites”.

 

3. Click ‘Tools’ menu.  Click ‘Internet Options’ sub-menu. Click second panel ‘Security’. Click ‘Trusted Sites’. Click ‘Sites’ button.  Enter ‘http://203.199.60.89’ in the text field and enter ‘OK’ button.  Un-check the checkbox ‘Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone’.

4. Now select last panel ‘Advanced’ under ‘Internet Options’ (Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced).  Ensure that under Microsoft VM all three check-box should be selected (if Microsoft VM is installed). Ignore this step if Microsoft VM is not installed. 
5. Under ‘HTTP1.1 settings’ the first check-box ‘Use HTTP1.1’ should be checked
6. Please remove the temporary files from your machine. You can reach the temp folder by typing %TEMP% in the run.
